We had Steve Cameron visit us to explain all in concise and plain terms and give us a quote. He talked through all options and came back to check a couple of things. He was great to deal with and continued to support through the whole fitting process and beyond. John and his team fitted the panels and batteries they were very polite, tidy and efficient. They kept us informed of what they were doing and checked if things needed different solutions to check we were happy. Overall I have no hesitation in recommending this company to do your solar fittings.

Fantastic experience! Steve came out for a site visit and quote within days of contacting, scaffolding was erected with 14 days of accepting the quote and whole system was installed 3 working days after that. Took the time to explain the setup and determine the best system for my house. Roof is slate rather than tiles which wasn't an issue (unlike both national companies I spoke with). Would recommend highly.

I did have some other quotes promising all manner of things that didn't sound right. HelpinU also has access a wide range of different solar equipment brands, panels, inverters and batteries. It can get a little confusing comparing like for like quotes when others use either one brand or a small selection of different brands. I found dealing with HelpinU to be a very good experience.
